Attitude Designs Interiors and Divine Box (“we”, “us”, “our”) are Sydney-based, founder-led businesses operated by Ana Laura Casagrande. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What We Collect

When you contact us — through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone — we may collect:

Your name and phone number
Details you share about your project, property, or the service you’re enquiring about
Photos you send us (for example, of a room, for the 4-Hour Styling Blitz or a design consultation)
Basic technical information (like browser type) when you visit our website

We intentionally do not collect or request your email address as part of our standard enquiry process — WhatsApp and phone are our primary contact channels.

How We Use It

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
To deliver the service or product you’ve booked
To keep basic records of past clients and projects
For local marketing, such as before/after project examples (only ever with your separate, specific permission)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third Parties

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy policy, which we don’t control. If we use a courier, supplier, or trade partner to fulfil an order (for example, delivering a Divine Box hamper), we share only the information needed to complete that delivery.

Data Security
